The hammam has separate facilities for female and male guests and can accommodate up to 11 women and 11 men at the same time. Therapist services are also separated by gender: female therapists serve female guests and male therapists serve male guests.

Note: For cancellations, requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the reservation date. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Prepaid reservations may, subject to availability, be moved to a future date when the change is requested at least 48 hours in advance.
