Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to establish an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or other similar relationship between us and any User or independent Provider.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Website shall, where legally permitted, be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the Turkish Arbitration Association.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined by the relevant arbitration rules, the parties shall each bear one-half of the applicable arbitration fees and costs. The prevailing party may seek recovery of eligible costs and reasonable legal fees where permitted by applicable law and the decision of the relevant tribunal.
